Food Philosophy

Our philosophy, 'great company, fabulous food & wonderful wines, as often as possible' said by the late John Brasted, embodies everything that Brasted's continues to strive for. We are focused on celebration, with customer service and our food at the core.
Buzz, the executive chef has been a part a part of Brasted's Restaurant for more than 10 years, not to mention the diverse range of catering we provide, including The Queen in 2010. Using seasonal ingredients for classic dishes with a modern twist is his specialty; Buzz particularly enjoys using Norfolk game during the shooting season such as Grouse, Mallard and Partridge.
