Once again, “The Brasted’s Team” attended The Hotel School Awards Gala Dinner at The Holiday Inn North Airport Hotel on Tuesday 3rd July 2012.

A wonderful array of culinary delights served by Devin Gross and his Team were on offer and enjoyed by all the students up for nomination and Sponsors from all over Norfolk,

Michael Zouvani Director of Operations presented an award on behalf of Brasted’s to Abigail Clipsom for Food Service Learner of the Year
