Talented Chef joins Brasted’s

In June we welcomed our latest addition and new Head Chef Martin Recchi.  Martin’s initial passion for cooking was ignited as a young boy whilst under the watchful eye of his father, a talented Italian Chef, who taught him the culinary basics such as seasoning, stocks & sauces.  Martin has travelled the world and worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens and finds inspiration from renowned chefs, including the Roux Brothers, Justin North of Becasse in Australia and Gordon Ramsay.  He describes himself as incredibly passionate and his style of cooking as modern European, hence perfectly fitting into Brasted’s and excelling under Exec Chef Buzz.
